I recently found myself in possession of a rather nice aluminum extrusion and no real use for it. So I found a use, as a PC Case. The extrusion was first cut to size, then the vent holes were carefully waterjet out. The front panel was designed to be easily removable so that once I come up with a less ugly design I can swap that out. The interior of the case is entirely lasercut acrylic that fits together to form the 3D inner structure. It was a real challenge fitting a full gaming PC in a case this small, and as you can see it was a tight fit but sure enough I was able to get everything in. Oh, and then I added RGB lighting. Because what gaming PC is complete without them?
